Electrogalvanized Steel Sheets process does not affect The formability of the base cold rolled steel sheet.Therefore, it is well-fit to those applications that require good formability in the process.

Functional Chemical Treatment

Chemical treatment is very popular for Electrogalvanized Steel Sheets products. Phosphate are the most popular ones. Special chemical treatments have been developed to meet other functions and requirements such as anti-finger property, environmental-friendliness, etc.

การเคลือบด้วยกระบวนการทางเคมี

การเคลือบทางเคมี เหมาะสําหรับ เหล็กแผ่นเคลือบสังกะสีด้วยกรรมวิธีไฟฟ้ามากที่สุด โดยส่วนใหญาจะได้เป็นสารเคมีที่ชื่อว่า ฟอสเฟต ซึ่งจะทําให้มีการพัฒนาการตอบตอบสนองของการทํางานมากยิ่งขึ้น เช่น ป้องกันลายนิ้วมือ และ เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม
